These disclosures are required by Federal and State laws and apply whether the application is submitted online or in person.
We must have your consent to receive these disclosures electronically. Your consent will apply only to this loan application. If you do not consent, we will not be able to continue with the online application, however we can still assist you in person or over the telephone.
To receive disclosures electronically you will need an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Acrobat, since these disclosures are in PDF format. You will also need access to a printer or the ability to download information in order to keep copies for your records.
