To access FNB Online Banking, you need access to the Internet through an Internet-enabled device such as a personal computer, web TV, or other means. To ensure a high level of security, we require that all users have browsers that support 128 bit encryption, such as Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater or Netscape Navigator version 6.0 or greater. If your browser does not currently meet these requirements, you can download the appropriate version by clicking on one of the icons below.

Access ID/Password Requirements
If using FNB Online Banking for the first time, please select the First Time Logon tab from the main page and complete the First Time User Information Form.

First time Log On using a Telebanking PIN
When completing the form, if you currently have a FNB Telebanking Personal Identification Number (PIN), input that PIN in the “Enter Your Telebanking PIN” field, then click Submit when the form is complete. You will then be prompted to select a new Access ID and password. Your Access ID must be unique, and be between 6 and 17 characters in length. Your password must be between 6 and 12 characters in length, and it must contain at least 1 number and 1 alphabetic character. Once you have selected your new Access ID and password, you are enrolled in FNB Online Banking and may begin using this service immediately.

First time Log On if you do not have a Telebanking PIN
If you do not have a FNB Telebanking PIN and you are logging in as a First Time User, complete the form leaving the “Enter Your Telebanking PIN” field blank, then click Submit. Your Access ID and password will be issued and mailed to you in two separate mailings. Upon receipt of these codes, you will be able to access your accounts through FNB Online Banking. Simply go to our main website and select the Log On tab, using these codes when prompted. After this initial log on if you would like to change your password, select the Change Password Button on the main menu bar. Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. Remember, your password must be between 6 and 12 characters in length, and it must contain at least 1 number and 1 alphabetic character.
