Intuit Update

Attention Quicken and QuickBooks Users

As part of our upcoming system upgrade (September 5–8, 2025), you’ll need to take a few important steps to ensure your account history and online connections with Quicken or QuickBooks continue to work smoothly.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • 1st Action Date – Final Download & Backup
Before Friday, September 5 at 4:00 PM, please complete a final transaction download and backup of your data file. After the upgrade, some account history may no longer be available, so this step ensures you keep a complete record.

  • 2nd Action Date – Reconnect Accounts
After the upgrade, beginning Monday, September 8 at 8:00 AM, you’ll need to deactivate and then reactivate your online banking connection in Quicken or QuickBooks. This will re-establish the link to your FNB accounts on the new system. (Services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days following the upgrade.)

    • Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file manually during the outage to keep your records up to date
