During this window:
- View-Only Access: Online banking and our mobile app will be in “inquiry only” mode—you can check balances and history, but transfers, mobile deposits and Bill Pay will be paused until Monday morning. If you have any pre-scheduled Bill Pay transactions already scheduled, those will still be processed.
- Branch Closure: All branches will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 6 for system maintenance, however, our Call Center will be available to answer any questions during our normal Saturday business hours 8:00am-12:00pm. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 936-327-1234.
- Online Service Returns: At 8 AM on Monday, Sept. 8, all digital services will be restored and our branches will open as normal.
Drive-Up Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Lobby Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Debit Cards: Remain active.
- P2P Payments Temporarily Unavailable: Person-to-Person (P2P) payments and requests will be paused during our system upgrade. Any transfers or payment requests made during this time will not process until after the upgrade is complete. Be sure to plan ahead if you need to send or request money.
